This policy explains how PT Menstudio Inovasi Indonesia ("Menstudio", "we") handles personal data. We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

1. This website

menstudio.co.id is an information page. It has no user accounts, no forms, and no advertising or analytics trackers, and we set no cookies. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and may set strictly necessary security cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

2. Orders on marketplaces

We sell through Tokopedia, TikTok Shop and Shopee. When you order there, the marketplace collects and processes your personal data under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information the marketplace provides to fulfil your order, and we use it only for fulfilment, delivery, returns and warranty service.

3. Email

If you email hello@menstudio.co.id, we use your email address and message only to reply and to handle your request. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. Data from sales and advertising platforms

We connect our own seller and advertiser accounts on platforms such as Tokopedia and TikTok Shop, TikTok for Business, Shopee and Meta through their official APIs. We use this data — including orders, products, returns, affiliate performance and ad performance — only to produce internal reports that help us run our business.

• Access is limited to our own accounts and our internal team.
• We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties.
• We do not use buyer information from these platforms for marketing.
• We follow each platform's developer terms and data policies.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we control, protected by access controls, with platform credentials kept private and restricted to our team. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Send your request to hello@menstudio.co.id and we will respond within the time required by law.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
